Communication with Chemwash was excellent right from the outset to the completion of the job. The operator carrying out the cleaning of the two houses, two garages & carport was very approachable, efficient and completed the work in a timely manner. Until I saw the sign written vehicle, I was unaware that Chemwash also take care of driveways and paths. I asked the operator if I was to check with his office, would we have time to do this. He was most obliging and I then received an email to say that on this occasion, the additional work was complementary!

Chemwash provided a house washing service for my investment property and I couldn't be happier with the results. The job was done on time, in accordance with specification, and for a fair price. They even did a little extra for no extra charge. All in all, a very good job.

I got Chemwash to do a complete exterior wall and roof wash down of my house to give it a new lease of life. The service was amazing! A visit was arranged, a competitive quote was provided, and the job was completed all within very quick time. The contact that I had with the team was all very professional and courteous. Got them to spray my clay tile roof. Responded quickly, booked job, came while I was at work. Could visibly tell that they sprayed upon return home. After a few weeks the lichen is dying and roof clearing up. Very impressed. I had the roof sprayed a year earlier from a different company and it literally did nothing.

Just hired Chemwash Exterior Cleaning Waikato company for the first time, to clean our painted mid-century brick house, including clearing and cleaning the gutters and roof. Plus, wasp nest removal from inside our external garage wall. We were given excellent service by the helpful and professional team. The team came out and did our deck and patio and concrete areas. They all came up so amazing and look new again, ready for summer. They also cleaned out the gutters (we have a few trees around us) and the gutters are flowing perfectly again. Super professional, so easy to deal with, and very reasonably priced. I found Chemwash to be professional in every way, with excellent communication and a brilliant service. I had a high commercial building cleaned and it came up like brand new. I was impressed with the chap who did the wash, as he taped up all electronic keypads on the building to avoid water ingress, and he explained how he would deal with the green algae around the external heat pump machines. All debris off the building was washed away so driveways were left clean too. They are now spider-proofing so cobwebs which accumulate dust do not return. Well worth getting done to keep a building well maintained. Chemwash take pride in their work, and I would definitely use again.
